1. Introduction  

Welcome to Knocker. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Knocker app and its services ("Services"). By using the Knocker app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.  

2. Services Provided

Knocker provides a smart access system for building entrances using voice pin numbers. Users can create and manage voice pins, receive notifications, and grant access to visitors through the app.

3. Subscriptions

* Subscription Plan: Knocker Subscription
* Length: Monthly
* Price: $2.99 per month (price may vary by country)
* Payment: Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Prohibited ActivitiesYou agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. You shall not:

* Use the Services to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.

* Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful software through the Services.

* Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knocker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

* Your use of or inability to use the Services.

* Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

*Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes through the Services or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
